Refund Policy
Non - Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, most items are perishable goods and cannot be returned or refunded. We ensure all products are in good quality when they leave our hands, but flowers, bulbs, and tubers are all susceptible to damage from temperature, storage environment, and other handling conditions that are out of our control once they leave our shop. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item as soon as you can.
Damages and Issues
Refunds or Exchanges
In the event your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please reach out and we will determine if you are eligible for a refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. No refunds will be approved after 10 days of receiving your product. If you have concerns about the product you received, or if you believe you received the wrong product, please reach out as soon as you can so we can work at rectifying the concern.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please keep in mind that biological products are rarely uniform, and misshapen or ugly bulbs and tubers will still grow beautiful flowers. If you do have concerns, please contact Little Daisy Florals by email within 10 days of receiving your product.
